NEW VINYL IN PRINT

 

We offer a full replacement guarantee on physical defects such as scratches or bad warps. All defective records need to be returned. If the title can't be replaced we offer credit towards other titles.

Customers can request an inspection of their LPs before they are shipped. We would basically open the LP and look for physical defects such as scratches and obvious warps. This helps avoid the added shipping cost of replacing the record. If a customer doesn't want the LPs inspected the return shipping will be the customers responsibility. We will pay for the shipping of the replacement LP within Canada or the US. Let us know if you want your LPs inspected when you place an order.

 

NEW VINYL - OUT OF PRINT (NO LONGER PRESSED OR AVAILABLE WHOLESALE)

 

Sealed Out of Print titles are presumed to be in mint condition. These titles are not guaranteed, sold "as is", no returns or exchanges.

USED VINYL

 

We visually grade our LPs which is accurate more than 99% of the time. We try to be conservative in our grading but mistakes sometimes happen. We have received many compliments from our customers regarding the condition of our vinyl. Some have stated that our VG+ records are similar to most E-bay sellers NM records. In truth our VG+ records are VG+.

In general, we don't accept returns on used records but we will give credit on future orders. The cost of shipping relative to the price of a used record doesn't justify returning it. We respond to all customer requests when they are reasonable. We, however, reserve the right to request the product returned (at the expense of the customer) before credit is given.

OVERSEAS SALES

 

There is no guarantee on any new or used vinyl shipped overseas. The postal costs of replacement prohibits any returns or exchanges. Sold "as is", no returns or exchanges.
